The inside of a car is the part you actually sit in, and it is the part that a drive-through wash never touches. It is also the harder half to clean properly, because almost nothing in there is a flat wipeable surface. Carpet and cloth hold what falls into them. Leather takes on body oils. Salt dries white into the mats through the winter. Vents, seat rails, seat-belt wells and the seams around the console collect everything that gets dropped and never gets retrieved.
Interior detailing is the work of getting all of that out rather than pushing it around. Depending on how far the vehicle has gone, that ranges from a thorough vacuum and wipe-down to steam, shampoo and extraction that pulls contamination up out of the fibres.

Steam does two useful things at once inside a car. It loosens grease and grime in places a cloth cannot reach — vents, switchgear, seams, cupholder wells, the gap where the seat rail meets the carpet — and it does it with very little moisture, which matters in an enclosed space you are going to shut the doors on afterwards. It is what makes the difference between a console that looks clean and a console that is clean down in the seams.
Carpet and cloth upholstery hold contamination down in the pile where vacuuming does not reach. Extraction works by putting cleaning solution into the fibres and then pulling it back out under vacuum, bringing the dissolved dirt with it. It is the only part of interior cleaning that genuinely removes what is in the carpet rather than redistributing it, and it is the reason the Platinum package exists as a separate tier.
Leather in a car takes on body oils and dye transfer from clothing, and the grain traps both. Cleaning it is a different job from cleaning cloth, and it is followed by a treatment rather than left bare.
Stains and smells are usually the same problem seen twice: something soaked into a porous surface and is still there. That is why odour work and extraction go together — lifting the source out of the carpet or seat does more than masking the air above it. Gold adds enhanced stain and odour removal and an interior air purge; Platinum adds stain extraction and advanced spot removal on top.

Most details take between 2-6 hours depending on your vehicle's size and condition, and we will give you a more accurate time estimate when you book. Interior work sits toward the longer end when extraction is involved, simply because the carpet has to be worked and then given time.
Interior detailing is the service that benefits most from being mobile, because there is nothing about it that requires you to hand the car over. We arrive fully equipped with our own water and power supply — there is nothing you need to set up and no outlet to lend us. The vehicle stays where it is parked, at your home or your office, anywhere across Vaughan, Woodbridge, Kleinburg, Maple, Concord, Thornhill, King City, Nobleton and Richmond Hill.
Condos and apartments work as long as we have reasonable access to the vehicle and a parking spot to work in; let us know the building details when booking and we will confirm. And if the weather looks like it could affect the quality of the work, we watch the forecast and reach out to reschedule at no charge.
Platinum, if the carpets and seats need genuinely lifting rather than cleaning on the surface — it adds shampoo and extraction, stain extraction and advanced spot removal. Often, and extraction is what does it — solution goes into the fibres and gets pulled back out under vacuum with the dissolved contamination. How much comes out depends on what it was and how long it has been there, so we would rather see it before promising a result. Heavy staining may require additional charges.
Steam uses very little moisture, which is part of why we use it inside an enclosed space. Extraction puts more water into the carpet and then pulls most of it back out under vacuum, so carpets are left damp rather than soaked.

Usually the smell is a stain you cannot see — something soaked into carpet or upholstery and still sitting there. That is why odour work goes with extraction rather than air freshener. Gold includes enhanced stain and odour removal and an interior air purge, and Odour Elimination is available as an add-on from $60 to $100.
